Ingredients
- 1.5 oz whiskey
- 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz hot water
- Garnish: lemon wheel, clove-studded orange slice, cinnamon stick
Build
- Warm the mug with hot water; empty it.
- Add whiskey, honey syrup and lemon.
- Top with hot water; stir.
- Add the lemon wheel, orange slice and cinnamon.

rooibos tea in place of whiskey and water.Batch for 8. keep a kettle hot; pre-mix 12 oz whiskey, 4 oz honey syrup, 4 oz lemon; 2.5 oz per mug plus 4 oz hot water.
