Ingredients
- 1 packet quality hot chocolate mix with 6 oz hot water (or hot milk)
- 1 oz Irish cream
- 1 oz Irish whiskey (or vanilla vodka)
- Whipped cream, salted caramel sauce, cocoa powder
- Peppermint-bark stir stick: dark chocolate strip, crushed candy cane, white chocolate drizzle
Build
- Make the hot chocolate in a warmed mug.
- Stir in the Irish cream and whiskey off the heat.
- Pipe a tall swirl of whipped cream.
- Spiral salted caramel over it; dust lightly with cocoa.
- Lean the stir stick against the cream.
