Dad's Christmas Tax

Ingredients
- 1 can or bottle (14.9 oz) Guinness Draught or another Irish dry stout
- 0.5 oz Irish cream liqueur, chilled
- 0.75 oz Irish whiskey
Build
- Pour the stout into a clean pint glass held at 45°, filling three-quarters. Let the surge settle, then top it up for a thick, creamy head.
- Pour the Irish cream into the shot glass.
- Float the whiskey on top over the back of a bar spoon so it sits in an amber layer above the cream.
- Serve the shot beside the pint. Sip one, then the other.
