Ingredients
- 12 oz blanco tequila
- 4 oz orange liqueur
- 6 oz fresh lime juice
- 8 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz agave syrup
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 8 oz soda water, at service
- Rim: chili-lime salt mixed 1:1 with sugar
- Garnish: lime wheels, jalapeño coins, a few cranberries
Build
- Steep jalapeño in the tequila 15–30 minutes, tasting every 5; strain.
- Combine everything but the soda in a pitcher; chill.
- Rim the glasses; fill with ice.
- Pour, top with soda; garnish with a lime wheel, a jalapeño coin and cranberries.
