The Mistletoe Martini
Pear, vanilla and a little romance.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.75 oz pear liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
- Garnish: thin pear-slice fan; faux mistletoe sprig on the rim
Build
- Shake everything hard with ice.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Fan the pear slices on the rim; tuck the sprig beside them.
Zero-proof twin
2 oz pear nectar, 0.5 oz lemon, 0.25 oz vanilla syrup, 1 oz soda.Batch for 8. 12 oz vodka, 6 oz pear liqueur, 4 oz lemon, 2 oz vanilla; shake 3 oz to order.
Safety. use faux mistletoe; the real berries are toxic.
