Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz grapefruit soda
- Rim: flaky salt with a pinch of sugar
- Garnish: grapefruit wedge, fresh rosemary sprig
Build
- Wet half the rim with lime and dip it in the salt.
- Fill the highball with ice.
- Add tequila, pomegranate, grapefruit, lime and agave; stir.
- Top with grapefruit soda; add the grapefruit wedge and rosemary.

skip the tequila; add 1 oz more pomegranate and 2 oz more grapefruit soda.Batch for 8. 16 oz tequila, 8 oz pomegranate, 8 oz grapefruit, 4 oz lime, 2 oz agave in a pitcher; build over ice and top each with 2 oz soda.
