North Pole Negroni
A snow-white Negroni: bitter, bright and cold as the Pole.

Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Suze (or another gentian liqueur)
- 1 oz blanc vermouth
- Garnish: lemon twist
Build
- Stir everything with ice, 20 seconds.
- Strain over a clear cube.
- Express and drop in the lemon twist.
Zero-proof twin
1.5 oz non-alcoholic gin alternative, 1.5 oz white grape juice, 2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters.Batch for 8. 8 oz each gin, Suze and vermouth, 4 oz water; freeze and pour 3.5 oz.
Swap. no Suze? Use another gentian liqueur such as Salers, or Lillet Blanc for a softer, sweeter version.
