Ingredients
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz chilled sparkling rosé
- Glass dress: a small faux mistletoe sprig tied to the stem with thin red ribbon
Build
- Tie the sprig to the stem.
- Add raspberry liqueur and lemon to the chilled coupe.
- Top slowly with sparkling rosé.
- Serve right away.

0.5 oz raspberry syrup, 0.25 oz lemon, 4 oz non-alcoholic sparkling rosé.Batch for 8. 4 oz raspberry liqueur and 2 oz lemon split across 8 coupes; one bottle and a half of sparkling rosé.
