The Elf-Inflicted
Sour apple, a RumChata float and a candy-stripe rim.

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz sour apple liqueur
- 0.5 oz RumChata, floated
- Rim: alternating stripes of red and white sanding sugar
- Garnish: dot of whipped cream
Build
- Wet the rim and roll it in red, then white sugar to make stripes.
- Pour the sour apple liqueur.
- Float the RumChata slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it sits as a white layer.
- Top with a dot of whipped cream.
Zero-proof twin
0.75 oz green apple syrup with a squeeze of lime, floated with 0.5 oz vanilla oat milk; same rim and cream.Batch for 12. 9 oz sour apple liqueur and 6 oz RumChata; line up 12 rimmed glasses on a tray and layer each.
Note. layer and serve right away; RumChata can curdle if it sits on the sour apple liqueur.
