Ingredients
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 0.75 oz amaretto
- 0.75 oz Irish cream
- 1 oz whole milk
- 0.25 oz brown-butter syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Rim: melted white chocolate, then crushed sugar cookie and red-and-green sprinkles
- Garnish: red-and-white straw; iced sugar cookie with one bite out; "Thanks — S." card
Build
- Dip the snifter rim in white chocolate, then the cookie crumbs and sprinkles; chill.
- Shake everything hard with ice.
- Strain into the snifter; add the straw.
- Perch the bitten cookie on the rim.
- Set it on a small plate with the card.

3 oz cold milk with 0.25 oz brown-butter syrup and 2 drops almond extract.Batch for 8. 8 oz vodka, 6 oz amaretto, 6 oz Irish cream, 8 oz milk, 2 oz syrup; shake 3.75 oz to order.
