A campfire s'more dunked in eggnog.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur
- 0.5 oz toasted marshmallow syrup
- 2 oz eggnog (house base without spirits, or store-bought)
- Rim: melted chocolate, crushed graham
- Garnish: nutmeg, torched marshmallow on a pick
Build
- Rim the glass with chocolate, then graham; chill.
- Shake everything with ice until frothy.
- Strain over a large cube.
- Grate nutmeg; lay the torched marshmallow across the top.

3 oz eggnog, 0.5 oz chocolate syrup, marshmallow syrup.Batch for 8. 12 oz bourbon, 4 oz chocolate liqueur, 4 oz marshmallow syrup, 16 oz eggnog; shake 4.5 oz to order.
