A White Christmas Cheesecake
White chocolate cheesecake with a ruby cranberry swirl.

Ingredients
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 0.75 oz heavy cream
- 1 bar spoon softened cream cheese
- 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp tart cranberry reduction, for the swirl
- Garnish: mini cheesecake bite with cranberry gel and a fleck of gold leaf
Build
- Rim half the coupe with crushed graham.
- Swirl the cranberry reduction inside the glass.
- Dry-shake to dissolve the cream cheese; shake again with ice.
- Strain gently so the swirl stays visible.
- Serve with the mini cheesecake on a pick.

2 oz whole milk, 0.5 oz white chocolate syrup, same cream cheese and swirl.Batch for 8. blend the base (no ice) and chill; shake 3 oz per glass.
