Ingredients
- 3 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 4 oz white cranberry juice
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 cups ice
- Rim: light corn syrup and shredded coconut
- Garnish: sugared rosemary sprig
Build
- Dip goblet rims in corn syrup, then coconut; freeze 15 minutes.
- Blend everything with the ice until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into the goblets.
- Top each with a sugared rosemary sprig.
