Pomegranate, gin and a secret ingredient: pink peppercorn.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz pomegranate juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 drops pink peppercorn tincture (or 1 lightly crushed pink peppercorn, fine-strained)
- 2 oz dry sparkling wine
- Garnish: pomegranate seeds
Build
- Shake everything except the sparkling wine with ice.
- Fine-strain into the flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Drop in a few pomegranate seeds.

1.5 oz pomegranate juice, 0.5 oz lemon, 0.5 oz elderflower cordial, NA sparkling wine.Batch for 8. 12 oz gin, 6 oz pomegranate, 4 oz elderflower, 4 oz lemon, 16 drops tincture; pour 3.25 oz, top each.
