Ingredients
- 1.5 oz blanco tequila
- 0.75 oz green apple liqueur
- 0.25 oz green Chartreuse (optional)
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- Rim: 2 parts green sanding sugar to 1 part flaky salt
- Garnish: thin green apple fan brushed with lemon
Build
- Wet half the rim with lime; dip in the green sugar-salt.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice.
- Shake everything else hard with ice.
- Strain over the ice.
- Fan the apple slices on a pick across the glass.
Zero-proof twin
1.5 oz cloudy green apple juice, 0.75 oz lime, 0.25 oz agave, 2 oz lemon-lime soda, same rim.Batch for 8. 12 oz tequila, 6 oz apple liqueur, 6 oz lime, 2 oz agave, 6 oz water; chill and pour over ice.
