Ingredients
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 3 oz chilled Champagne (or prosecco)
- Splash of soda
- Garnish: orange wheel, 2 cranberries
Build
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add Lillet, orange liqueur and orange juice.
- Top with Champagne, then a splash of soda.
- Stir once gently.
- Add the orange wheel and cranberries.

2 oz white grape juice, 1 oz orange juice, 3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine.Batch for 8. 8 oz Lillet, 4 oz orange liqueur, 8 oz orange juice in a pitcher; top each glass with 3 oz Champagne.
