Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: long lemon twist tied in a small bow; sugared rosemary sprig
Build
- Freeze the martini glass for 15 minutes.
- Shake gin, vodka, Lillet and bitters hard with ice for 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into the frosted glass.
- Express the lemon twist over the drink, tie it in a bow and rest it on the rim with the rosemary.
Zero-proof twin
2.5 oz non-alcoholic gin alternative, 0.5 oz verjus blanc, a dash of non-alcoholic orange bitters; same glass and bow.Batch for 8. 16 oz gin, 6 oz vodka, 4 oz Lillet Blanc, 16 dashes orange bitters, 6 oz water; bottle and freeze, pour 4 oz into frozen glasses.
Note. this is about two standard drinks in one glass. One per guest, and someone else drives.
